General Assembly 2019

UBU General Assembly 2019 will be held on Thursday, May 23 from 18.00 to 21.00 at The University of Copenhagen’s campus “Det Gamle Kommunehospital”, Building 22.
Dinner and drinks will be served, so please let us know if you will be joining no later than Friday, May 17. RSVP to board@ubu.dk.
The agenda will be as follows:

a. Election of moderator
b. Election of reporter
c. Approval of new members
d. The board’s report and approval of same
e. Approval of audited annual accounts for 2018
f. Discussion of received suggestions
g. Fixation of membership fee and approval of budget for 2019
h. Election of the board
i. Election of substitutes
j. Election of auditor
k. Any other business

Suggestions for the agenda can be sent to the board at board@ubu.dk no later than Monday, May 13. All suggestions will be visible on our homepage, www.ubu.dk, one week before the meeting.
The Board’s Report for 2018 will be sent by e-mail on Friday, May 17.
