CBHCC and UBU together in the field

UBU member Christopher Furlan is currently in Arusha working with UBU’s local partner CBHCC examining methods for improving the Meviwasu Community Owned Water System. The trip includes joint field visits to Meviwasu, government water authorities and other community owned water projects in the area to better understand the context Meviwasu operate in and the advocacy techniques currently used to promote WASH in Arusha District. The joint field visits have allowed UBU and CBHCC to view the current challenges facing Meviwasu through the same eyes. Over the next couple of weeks Christopher will work closely with CBHCC to draft up a joint finalisation application to the Civil Society Fund.
